Try putting a little meat on them bones.Not everyone is a skinny fag.
Also,work on the hair.Normal people don't have big chunks of hair pointing in different directions,especially not guys.

I suggest making the hair less poofy. it makes his head look bigger. Examine the folds on your clothes, the ones on his look like random lines. And he's a tad too skinny. c:

mm...let's start with anatomy
he is on the skinny side and there's nothing wrong with that and it's also cool if that's your style CX
his shoulders are a little too close together, giving the neck's thickness a strange shape
the arm is positioned kind of weird and i cant settle on the definition of his hand
[i use paint tool Sai too : D]

yeah, i agree that he is very skinny :0 It's kinda scary if people are drawn this way xD Unless it is some kind of style(preferably cartoon). I don't really mind how chunky his hair is, but it would be better if you can draw finer strands of hair, even fine strands of hair can be spiked up like this : D

All I know is that you will be a very good artist in the (near) future :'D
