Not much to say here...
I was gonna have a beautiful quote from Phobos about the above shown scene...but I'm lazy.
I enjoy drawing Rhea in big floaty dress even though I don't draw her in them that often. She does have plenty of chances during time travels to the past.
Not sure if this is actually happening or if Phobos is just dreaming
... but hey if he is...it's a very good dream
