Do you ever make characters that don't have blonde hair/ blue eyes, large boobs and SOMEHOW end up with characters from animes where that would never actually happen?
Personally I think it would look so much better with a lighter/softer blue. Considering her skin, hair, eye color, the blue you used for her outfit here is a bit too harsh for the rest of her. But I guess that might be just me.

Well... Her shirt is rather low and her chests are kind of big. .o.;;; Maybe try to make them more realistically sized? >_< ;;;;;
