So, this is a product of boredom. I went through my folder of Otaku Senshi character references and this is what popped out. There were a decent number of characters labeled as 'Sailor Phaeton', so this seemed like a good idea at the time.
The problem with my old file naming system is that I don't know who two of these characters were created by. That would be the two on the left side. The two on the right are mine and Sakura-Chirari's.
