Initial design for my newest FC. I'm probably gonna change his shoes a bit. If there's any other changes you want to suggest, please tell me.
Randy is very strong (maybe even stronger than Nova), but he's pretty slow. He can easily walk around in his steel-toed shoes and gets extremely aggressive and crazy when he sees blood (bulls hate red
).
His bandana is blue to prevent any form of sudden aggressiveness. He carries around (and wears) his lucky cow bell which negates - and therefore makes him impervious to - any form of special attacks. This includes magic attacks and special attacks (such as Chaos powers). He can only be fought head-on with physicality.
He has a southern American accent.

You could also try making his horns a bit bigger and have more of a bend to them.
