The facial proportions really need work on this piece, his nose looks like it was stuck on the wrong way and the way his head and neck connect just doesn't work. Really work on drawing your face shapes, I recommend you try doing some realism faces to give you an idea of how everything sits.
I like that you tried to incorporate some different shading colors in the hair. However, the coloring on the hair is messy, it really needs cleaning up, right now it just looks like a ton of blurred scribbles with some shine. Also don't let the lines of the eyebrows and eyes show through the hair, it's covered and shouldn't be seen. I feel like the eyes would be really cool if you gave them more depth and character, right now they're flat and boring.
Lastly is the expression, his mouth seems to say he's confused but the eyebrows and eyes really just say that he's got no expression. Try and exaggerate the expression a bit more, this tutorial is really helpful and I definitely recommend giving it a read.
