My good friend Sab suggested that I join dAPixelCrew, so here's my new avatar all animated and stuff. It was originally a lot longer, but the avatar had to be under 15k (which is a ridiculously low limit, btw) so I had to chop over half of it. It's been a while since I did some animation, this was actually a lot of fun.

Fuck, this is by far the best one. The body animation is a bit lazily done (but effective), but the fire is fantastic. Unrelated: Is there any simple way to make an animated gif larger (in Photoshop) while keeping the pixels in tact like you did?
I actually just noticed that the shadow covers the fire, lol. Personally I think you don't even really need a shadow, considering there's fire all around you.
