Okay, going to try submitting this before I end up typing for hours.
Basically, this is a very simple remix of Sonic 3's Hydrocity's Act 1&2 BGM.
I've tried making this many many times, but every time failed so much.. I started making this then... I decided I wouldn't do any more work, as it might ruin it more.
Any ways, I hope you all enjoy it at it's peak of possible awesome.

It's very funky, with some rather techno-y sounds thrown in there. The base tracks were obviously lively to begin with, but I think you did a good job putting them together and giving them that extra... sparkle!
And the title is epic
