Mundane (The World)

Mundane (The World)

It's not ready for truth
It's not ready for justice

He says it need more,
when it takes it all
When we have nothing to live for,
It's all for one or one for all
At long last we shall fall

Through our dismay we will see,
All that's left for us to be

All we've fought for will be for nothing
When the end is nigh
You will see,
All that was meant to be

The world won't see the truth,
When it's in Death's face,
It will turn to it's just ideals
When there were none

When all that's said and done,
The world won't see past it's veil
And it will sleep in false justice
Just to wake to see what it wants

It ignores the real
It won't feel

He believes it should control all
When he feels the power
He will fall
We will turn the blind eye
Just to ignore
Becuase we don't want to see
When reality is all there is left to be
We won't see because he made it that

This is a song I started thinking about when I was in a debate with a friend of mine during band camp. I decided to finish it up when I was talking to mom about it.
Please note that this is NOT and attack On George W. Bush. If anything at all it's more of an attack On President Obama.

If you were wondering, I am a republican and a pretty opinionated one at that.

I don't want anyone pulling the crap where it's all like, "Yeah, Bush ruined. Tell it like it is." Because that's not the case so, kindly shut-up.

Any questions, concerns, problems, or issues; please feel free to address them.

And with this I feel the need to say one of my favorite quotes:

"Humans will not go out with a bang, but rather a wimper"
