I've been meaning to remix this and fix the harshness for quite some time, and so I finally did. I also renamed it. This was named 'Visions Beyond', but I decided that didn't fit the intent of this track as something of an RTS in-game play theme.
So I changed it to 'Naval Operations'.
Now behold the active theme of fleet command.
