Life Line

This is my first drawing since starting college! If the quality looks kind of bad compared to my other digital stuff, it's because my tablet works slightly different with my laptop then it does my parent's desktop, so I'm still getting used to it.

Ah, so this is Amred, my character in a MUD I play in called Sabrous. I've never posted anything of him here, so here's a quick summary: Amred the Lector is a sabrecat, a species of bipedal creatures that vaguely resemble large cats and live in a large desert. He's pretty average for his species - he's really tall (over 7 feet), pretty muscular, and not all that smart. He used to be a farm boy living before striking out on his own for a big adventure with his old guitar and his pet cat named Cat. Like I said, he's not smart, but he can take a hit, heals pretty fast, and is crazy lucky. He used to wear a helmet shaped like a turtle, but now he wears one shaped like a ladybug. The title for this comes from a song from Nilsson's Album 'The Point', which is one of my favorite albums of all time. It's got some really wonderful music and it always cheers me up to listen to the whole album. I sort of think of the song 'P.O.V. Waltz' as Amred's theme song, really.
