Art assignment no1.
We were asked to draw any object we had at home with great details. I don't remember if we were supposed to draw lines only, with no shading. Well I do have a Prussian Pickelhaube at home. I felt like drawing it.
Also the drawing pad they made us buy is HUEG so it does not fit in my scanner. And I can't rip the page off the pad or they're taking points away. That's why it looks so dark. If anyone feels like photoshopping it better, be my guest.
So far art classes are fun.
Oh and nah it's not an original WW1 pickelhaube, it's a repro. Didn't feel like paying $2000 bucks for an authentic one.

Looks really cool! As for critism, establish the lines (where the object ends) with value, so it looks more realistic (basically don't outline it darkly) C:

what type of helmet is that?

Oh look. It's a helmet my men used to wear.
Looks wonderful, actually; Glad to see that someone was smart enough to draw something from the Prussian Empire. The shading is nice, and the details are almost flawless.
The authentic ones are better. >:I
