I was just sitting here, wondering what to do, when I looked at that old conductor picture and thought,"What the hell?". I didn't imagine it would turn out anything like this. I am beyond happy with it. If only my lineart did it justice. Stupid sketchy lines.
I think I'm going to surprise my old conductor by giving this to her as a present. Well, if I can get into the school this time.

Looks pretty good to me, al I could say is probably make the shading a bit stronger and the guy on the background with the cello his arm seems really weird. like it just curves around. I'm not sure how to fix this because I have never played an instrument before.
