It’s Billy Bob! This is a present for my big brother who co-invented Billy and needed some ridiculous toons to make him feel better.
See we were sitting around watching Spawn years back and we both came up with the idea of a hillbilly demon that takes hellbound souls to hell in a Tractor-Trailer truck. Billy Bob is such a demon. He occasionally gets drunk and tries to cut people with a broken bottle, but that’s just Billy’s way of saying he likes you. Why does he wear a pair of tighty-whiteys? Because according to my brother “It’s just funnier that way”. I personally wanted to make Billy as ugly as I could because I’m tired of all these animu handsome demon guys that are a dime a dozen on the internet. Lol.
