Dr Weil "Revived" - Phase 1: Costume concept

After viewing 's pic
of Dr Weil when he was young, I think
he didn't realize "how" young I was planning
on having the main antagonist of Megaman Heroes

...so, I decided to work on some concept pics
of what he & his attire would look like!

He would be around 25 years old, but as always,
still a genius & still a villain...my intention
was to create a Mega Man-esque version of Albert Wesker.
Just to satisfy the fangirls for a change!

For now, here's his clothing...obviously he'd be wearing
a inner-suit like in MMZ & ZX...& white gloves like Elpizo!
