Wart! wart!

I needs sleep. I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 5am. I just couldn't go back to sleep. Sooo... I started to play some smash and blacked out for 10mins. I went and had myself some coffee then I started to work on this. I wanted to draw wartortle ever since I made my squirtle evolve back in the red and blue days. But my I lacked the ability back then. I'm still not too proud of the legs though.

I used a very useful tutorial to learn how to make the bubbles.
