I know the character is "serious", but the drawing doesn't strike me in that fashion. (Then again when I think serious I think grimdark or hellovalot of detail.)
I feel that the serious posture is a little offset by the bright colours.
While the gun is a lil' wonky, and the tube/chain is a bit flat, not bad. You know your lightning effects for sure.

I disagree with Foxcat on the colors, namely due to me knowing the character too well for my own damn good. Masked Boy is a serious guy.
