This is probably my first proper attempt at drawing a chibi (I wouldnt say my older ones were that good) so I thought I would do Katashi as a chibi! She doesn't actually have a bob ~ She tends to have her hair up and the layered bits fall down... Hence the bob shape (:
~ Also, she's wearing a shirt she nicked off one of the biishies (She likes to steal their stuff)
