Don't ask the Pigs

One afternoon, a young woman, covered in mud and
dirt was seeking a place to take a bath.
As she searched restlessly, she stumbled near a barn.

There, she saw a din of pigs bathing in a filthy pool of mud.
Seeing that the pigs were bathing,
she figured that she could ask the pigs on where she could take a bath.
The young woman walked up to the pigs and asked "Excuse me, kind pigs.
Do you know where I can take a bath...?
I am very dirty and I need to be cleansed."

The pigs looked at her...and begun to laugh out loud.
As the pigs rolled in their filth and laugh continueosly,
the young woman pouted and walked away gloomy.
Soon as she walked on, she ran into a white dove showering in a pool.

The young woman asked the white dove
"Excuse me, kind dove. When you are finished, may I please take a bath?
I am very unclean right now." The dove answered "Certainly!"

The white dove washed the water off of him and was ready to leave,
until the young woman asked the white dove one more question.

The young woman asked the white dove on why did
the pigs laugh at her instead of helping her out.

"Simple, my dear girl.
How can you ask pigs on where or how to be cleansed....
when pigs are dirty by nature?

They know nothing of being clean."

Praise God! I thought I lost this prose. Anyway, this prose is based on 1 Corinthian 6:1-2

"DOES ANY of you dare, when he has a matter of complaint against another [brother], to go to law before unrighteous men [men neither upright nor right with God, laying it before them] instead of before the saints (the people of God)?

Do you not know that the saints (the believers) will [one day] judge and govern the world? And if the world [itself] is to be judged and ruled by you, are you unworthy and incompetent to try [such petty matters] of the smallest courts of justice?"

I use to dwell at Tekken Zaibatsu. One day, I was moody and felt lonely. I opened up a thread at the TZ forums expressing how I felt. I awaited comforting words, but received just the opposite. [Insults, taunting, etc] I was heart broken for a few hours. I soon realized that I took my complaint to the wrong audience. My first (and only) audience should have been to the audience of One: The Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Soon after wards, this prose came to mind. God is my comforter. I'm never alone.

Galloglasses Says:

I love the imagery and symbolisim. The only problem is that pigs are in real life clean animals. =U

But I understand the point being made here. Nicely done.

Kiwi Tang Says:

Heh, nice. I quite liked the symbolism in this.

Heiges Says:

That is REALLY good!
