This is my new OC, Scrap! His blue markings, wings, horns, and tail tip (although you can't see it) glow with a soft blue light. He lives in a video game where you race on robot dragons. When he transforms into Speed Mode, his wings become like airplane wings and allows him to fly at a top speed of Mach 5.
