First time doing water.
...I like it?
Attempted to 'redraw' Palkia.
Since he is half water type, I first thought of a Sea serpent.
Didn't add any arms, wouldn't fit.

Now then, onto the critique o3o
Lesee.. Um, the only two things I can find off is misplaced shading, and the water.
First the shading. Since the lightning is behind Palkia, there should be more shading on it in the middle of itself, but not at the edges. Otherwise the light doesn't match the shadows o3o;
And for the water, it shouldn't be quite that blurry. Even for a liquid, it still had sharp and dull shadows to it or it looks fluffy.
...Fluffy water would be amazing
All in all, a really awesome piece ^^
