Fallout is yes Especially Fallout 3 Oh god yes. This is some amazing Photo Manip. Oddly enough I never used any Nuka Cola or Quantum. I guess I was just afraid to consume anything other than things as Stimpaks in fear for gaining Rad.
Well, apparently I've got a new wallpaper. I don't know that much about photo manipulation, so I can't say much more, I'm afraid.... None the less because I'm going to use it and I like Coca Nuke-Cola. Now I just need to actually play Fallout 3....
