Happi is, dare I say, a fun design. He reminds me an awful lot like Faust, merely for how I drew his size and the fact he's basically... insane. However, he's random, but not Internet Random, but he fights using either his claws, his hat, or a thing named Fluffy in his hat (no it doesn't eat his head... Fluffy loves him). If you must know, that isn't a mask he wears, it's his face, stuck like that due to being classified as mentally unstable. I hope to give you more info on my man, Happi Smileton (yes, he's named that because it was late and I thought it was clever, shut up)
