I hate you

Her job is to kill him.
His job is to kill her.
He so close to killing her but hesitates.
He looks in her eyes, a big mistake.
She looks back and won't look away.
He couldn't do it, he must be weak.
"I hate you." she mutters, her eyes never losing contact.
"I hate that I love you." he answers putting the knife away.
