Before I begin, I just want to say that I am sorry for the low quality of this particular zone pic. Like I said back when I made the SR Zone image for Random City: I cannot draw cityscapes to save my life. So I decided that this time, instead of trying & screwing it up royally, I would just use a pre-sprited background & only draw the central structure of the zone itself. (Carnival Night Zone from Sonic 3/S3&K, for those who are curious). Sorry if that seems like coping out, but that's the way it has to be...

Here it is; the final Zone on our little tour of Super Randomness: Neon City Zone.
Before Matt came to Super Randomness, the whole zone was a desolate wasteland filled to the brim with unstable Thunder Chaos ore. This ore actually caused a constant electircal storm to rage above the zone, ensuring any who enter to eventually be hit by an electric shock. However, once Matt arrived, he used his advanced tech to create a machine that absorbed the electricity from the sky & use it to power a generator that supplies energy to all of Super Randomness' towns & cities. As time went on, people began to settle in the zone, and soon after the Neon City was built!
Neon City is the Las Vega of the Dimensional Divide: Dimensional Travelers & residents of Super Randomness all come here for the lights, sights, Arcades & Casinos.
The whole city is what you would expect out of a Vegas-themed Sonic Level: Pinball Roads, Giant Slot Machines, Bumpers, Flippers, rails & all that jazz! This is the zone you want to visit if you want to risk it all!
But the main highlight of the zone is the Pinball Raceway Stadium: a large stadium that sits on top of a mesa that rests in the very heart of the city. Every night the stadium holds a one lap Extreme Gear race where a challenger takes on the Stadium Gear Champion in a race through the Pinball Raceway to see who the better Rider is (The current champion is Jet, BTW). The reason that the race is only a single lap long is because the Pinball Raceway's track extends out of the stadium & into the city. The track is so long that it takes AT LEAST a half an hour to complete for a normal Gear Rider (Jet holds the current record at 23 minutes, 41.223 seconds). Despite this, the rules are usually the same: get to the goal by ANY means neccesary. During the race, observers in the skybox gamble with each other place bets on who they think will win; sort of like the Kentucky Derby, but on a much grander scale, with a MUCH grander payout.
In the center of the stadium stands the Champion's Statue; a large statue in the image of the current Champion. This statue is actually just a hologram, though, and when a new champion is crowned, the statue changes to match. This Statue is actually a LOT more important than you might think, because underneath it lies the enterance to the Thunder Cavern, a cave full to the brim with 100% purified Thunder Chaos Ore, and is the resting place of the Shrine to Volt, Chaos Spirit of Thunder. Only the Champion of the stadium is given the chance to enter, but the way will only open if the heart of the champion is free of evil & corruption (Therefore, Jet has not been able to enter the chamber yet).

...And that's a wrap! As of now, the Super Randomness Zones series comes to a close! But don't think that this is all that there is to know about Super Randomness. After making a "Zone Layout" map of super Randomness that shows where all of the zones lie in Super Randomness, I will be continuint "Super Randomness Species", where I will introduce the non-human, sentient inhabitants of Super Randomness. After that... well, I dunno. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it...
