To the ones that read my latest journal, remember when I was mentioning a sort of squid race concept for gaia? X3 Well, here you go! Did this last night while on artgrounds :3 First one shows it's process of being inked over the sketch layer, and second shows basically the ending color result (with a hint of unfinished shading, it looked too awful Dx). Hiding the lines-only because I might have something in mind for it 83
I might show some unfinished sloppy concept sketches too, I feel very bad for being behind on art o no

Though they look more squid like than these fine fellows as well there much more high tech and strong.
The idea centers around my idea of what if Octopus stole and then threw away the gift of land walking from the Squids? then from then on Squids have been enslaving the octopus and preparing to take over the Land above using technology and special genetics modifying?
Basically, they kind of enslave the human race and then basically take over the business market and technology market. Then they go into space and then... bla bla bla bla. :V Haven't gotten that far yet.
