KH:Tales Cover

The cover drawing for my Tales of the Lost Keys Fan fiction that Still may never be but i love drawing anyways.
Forgive the Crappy Contrast and colors on this, The scanner i used for this turns paper yellow and graphite really gray.

So We have on top from left to right, Emerald and Sapphire who are experiments of Maleficent in using the shattered remains of broken hearts to create a more powerful heartless. Well she succeeded in creating something more powerful, but they were far from heartless. They were just broken beings that had free will and feelings and after she forced them to destroy lee they left her for worlds unknown. These two wield weapons forged from light that resemble keyblades but are not.

On the Bottom of the picture we have My personal favorite omnidirectional OC Lee. In this incarnation he resides in Radiant garden before it's fall to Maleficent. Ansem the wise dedicated his castle to the teaching of the most gifted young men and women of radiant garden so that one day they might succeed him. The most talented of these were chosen to become his apprentices. Lee attends this place of learning but not because he is particularly gifted in science but he is gifted with light. During his research into the true nature of the heart he came across another gifted in light and was given a shard of the true light (just like the cornerstone in Disney castle). Shortly there after this person disappeared leaving Ansem with more questions that answers. Apoun finding lee he immediately enrolled him and began to watch hime closely. There came a time where Ansem had to flee his castle to parts unknown and apoun his departure he ran across lee and gave him the shard before disappearing himself. Lee being left with the most precious gift ansem could bestow Searched out the Assistant headmaster Cid. Just as he reached the tower of the headmasters darkness began to besiege the castle and town. the darkness began to consume all around Lee included but it was then that the shard of light began to shine beating back the darkness transforming itself into the keyblade Fenrir. Many were lost though including the apprentices in service to Ansem directly. This is how lee became a keyblade wielder and only months there after fell into darkness himself becoming a heartless.
