-Thanks to Carby and Joey for helping me out here-
Ah, yes. Truth to be told, this little fellow here is the third character I'd thought of, after Miasma and Sarin(Yes, it counts). He was originally supposed to be a sidekick of some sort. But after a while of thinking, I figured something about three feet tall and fast-talking wouldn't make a good sidekick. Didn't seem to fill much of a niche. So, after making Valt, I pushed him into the role of a salesman.
And only today I designed him, which I'd been having trouble with for a while.
He's a smarmy little bastard, he is. He's incredibly sketchy, never giving any details of himself out for others. Nobody even knows what he really looks like. (Think Cloyster) They just see his head and the cloak. His hands and feet are sometimes exchanged for spider-like appendages, wings, or even fins. He uses these for a quick getaway, in case any authorities get the word that he's in the area, because Fygaro's just a little bit less than legal. He's had some experience as a thief and even as a grave robber, but he mostly calls himself a treasure hunter and an entrepeneur to anyone who asks.
Miasma's one of his favorite customers, because she needs to get a lot of her ingredients from somewhere, and most shops are filled with superstitious types anyway, so they're not gonna be stocked with every thing she needs. However, Fygaro always will. Because while he's not exactly legitimate most of the time, he is incredibly skilled at finding things, large or small. So, he gives them to her, albeit not at extremely fair prices, since he likes to nickel-and-dime you for "possible injury expenses" or stuff like that.
He'll always be quick to lie if it's beneficial to him, but mostly he'll just side with whoever's got the most money/most swords pointed at him at the moment. Then he'll split and will never be seen again. He only appears in towns at night, which is why he wears a dark cloak and carries around a lantern on a stick with him.
He's not a main character either, just a reoccuring one. So while he'll show up sometimes, mostly just to sell something or even scout the area for guards or a Jagernought if he's paid well enough. Just don't expect him to stick around afterwards.
By the way, he also likes to talk in the third person.
Fygaro is (c) me.

His head... reminds of those guys from Spy vs. Spy but I am wrong I think.
This guy seems pretty shady which actually fits the role and his attitude and character are just perfect for his job. Though I like how he tie's in being the man who can get you what you're heart desires... for the right price of course and it makes pretty good sense that he does some things under the table. The mystery about him and what he is, is just plain clever and ingenious, the fake hands and limbs will always have you second guessing and the mask only invokes more wonder. The lamp though is a very nice touch and if I dare add... you should make it his weapon or some thing for when he can't smooth talk his way out of a situation or if some one want's to stab and take. Overall his design and character is just superb and I hope to see him again soon!
