I'm very glad she's going to be in Touhou 12.3. I always wanted to play as her in these fighting Touhou. I would also like some SA characters to appear... (Yugi's return is most possible. Satori's completely impossible unless she closes her 3rd eye. Parsee would be nice, tho. Or Okuu!! Ha!)
It's too much to hope for some PC-98 characters, tho... it would be nice if ZUN recycled them someday. I mean, Alice and Yuka did come back /: I want Kana again with her theme remade, fitting for the Windows era.
