yeah, i consider it a completed work. i'm surprised at how editing the shading can change the perspecive without changing the shape!
it's all about the mind games.
yeah, this is how i usually make stuff. only the base doesnt suck so much. i love vector art...
i used the base shape of the hand from the tutorial, and tweaked it so that it looks like the one on the end of my wrist.
oh, and i noticed my spelling error. damn upload system.

I can draw hands without going through those steps, but they look more like comic book hands than anything else.

That aside, I like the shortcut of just flipping the shape for the other side. I realize you didn't even flip it, but you would if you wanted it to be the other side of the same hand. You already know this, so I'll shut up now.
