Nice detail - as always. I find with wind movement the hair is first flipped back, but kinda moves sideways as it moves back to the original position on the rebound - sometimes with a little turbulence/fluttering.
Nice. How did you do it? What kind of flash do you use? I like to go for handrawn flash too someday as well.
