Okay. So this is the first portrait that I have been able to finish in about... 3 months?
It took a lot of late hours, cause that seems to be the only time I can draw, but I think I like it.
heh, I showed it to one of my friends for her opinion and her first words were "oooh his eyes!" and I agreed lol, for an evil guy, he has pretty eyes:)
Anyway, I want to see what you think. Am I stepping back in the right direction? Cause I sure hope so.

Pretty good. You got the lighting down really well, and i agree his eyes are quite nicely done. His face is down pat, and it really does look like him, done quite convincingly. Hmm, critique though demands that I add some kind of input other than positive =D. So i'll say that perhaps his cloths could have use a bit more detail, perhaps using a bit more highlights on the collar to bring that detail out. Maybe on the beard too.
All and all, awesome job!
