“You idiot you were meant to catch her not make her fall!” I heard a voice next to me say. I opened my eyes and saw 2 girls looking over me. One had bright blue eyes and wavy blond hair, the other had hazily brown eyes and very long browny grey hair. They were both looking at me with concern. I tried to get up but found that my whole body aced, I flinched and lay back down. The girl with long hair smiled and turned to the other girl.
“I told you she was alive, I didn’t kill her.”
“You better be thankful she’s alive or I was going to murder you,” she narrowed her eyes then broke into a fit of giggles and hugged the other girl.
“I’m Dawn by the way,” the girl with long hair said, “and this is my twin sister Scarlett,” she gestured to her sister, “and she is a mean piece of mush.” Scarlett dived at Dawn but Dawn dogged it obviously knowing that a slap was coming. Dawn leapt over me and ran around the beach madly avoiding her twin who was chasing after her. Soon Scarlett tired, she stood defiantly on a small rock with her arms crossed looking at Dawn. Dawn came over to me.
“Scarlett’s easy to run away from, she tires and gives up but she’ll always get you back later and when she does it hurts like hell. She can wack all the breath out of you if she hits you in the back and she could probable snap your arm off.”
“Have you seen my sister Mil?” I asked Dawn, “I dropped her on the sand beforeyou wacked me in the head with a tree.”
“I saw you drop her too, let’s go find her.” She got up to go, Scarlett jumped on her from behind and gave her a wack in the side. Dawn fell to the floor clutching her side, Scarlett giggled and turned to me.
“Can you walk?” she asked. I tried getting up again, my back was very stiff and my wrist was throbbing but my legs seemed fine.
“Just about, but I think I’ve sprained my wrist and my back is still stiff from the shock.”
“Ok,” Scarlett put my arm over her shoulder and helped me, “call me Scar,” she winked. Dawn went on my other side and we staggered off to find Mil.
