Daily Sketchbook: 07-15

I need to draw a bus for the opening page of Issue 8, but I'm not good at drawing machines and automobiles. So, I thought I'd try sketching a bus.

I'm really tempted to make the bus in Issue 8 either one of the Fung Wah buses or the Peter Pan line, but that wouldn't make sense. We see those two lines around here a lot and they amuse me. The Fung Wah moves extremely fast – everything gets out of its way. I expect to see people hanging out the windows shouting for help. The Peter Pan line usually has Peter Pan on the side in this funny, floaty pose. We won't even go into the Gatra line. They make the Fung Wah drivers look sane.
