I used Sebastian's design from http://bleachasylum.com/showthread.php?t=10135 to make a blank one, except for the skirt. I used Madame Red's design for that one.
The other paper craft designs that I saw that did not have a coat or anything like that had a fatter body. I'll post that one along with the hair.
