So... Wee Swoop, acompanies his "momma" at the Medbay. While Ratchet tends to the Bumblebee's wounds (you can interepret in your own way, what happen to his forearm), Swoop takes care of his teddy bear (that's a one big teddy...).

It's also my way of featuring, the popular among fangirls, "Swoop is a practicing medic" thingie.
