It's not the foot ninja symbol, Upside down, its the Ninja Tribunal's from Season 5. Who are the good guys, So I thought that would be a interesting...idea to put on as a crest. I take details too seriously.
And Alice (I wanted to make a oc that had a crush on Don .__.) Is just a humble servent, nothing interesting about that.
