Where's My Fatty?

SO I WAS PLAYING TEAM FORTRESS 2 when a medic, over the mic, asked "Where's my fatty?"

For some reason, it sparked the idea that Lilo and Polo would fit the role as Heavy and Medic pretty well. This was supposed to be a quick little doodle, but I tried out the pen tool on Photoshop for the lineart and it turned out chewing up the rest of the day...

Are you a bad enough dude to take them out?
