I have not made a thing in months prior to this.
I love Assemblage 23 (Tom Shear's main project), and for some time now there has been a big section on his website for fan remixes of his song "Binary". I learned it all on guitar thinking I could cover it and make it sound metal ... I learned it and it just made a bad metal song. So anyway, I was in my car one morning with my guitar (that seems odd) … and my favorite song by A23 came on my MP3 player, and it was Infinite. So, I immediately learned all of the parts and how I wanted to play them. Then, after painful sessions of getting it all done, I got it done. It has just been so long that I had taken anything seriously. Did I need to write all of this? No.
Please excuse me, I am just a bit nervous because I sent this to Tom Shear and I don’t know what he’ll think. Ramble ramble. If you don’t know the original song, please find it and check it out. Not to compare, just to give A23 a listen.
Keep eatin’ babies.

I don't know the original, but instrumentally I love it. I found it difficult to actually discern the vocal melody, I think it's just this particular style of singing, but that's not a criticism, just a personal preference. It would be great to hear something original from you soon!

I still think it's just a fraction of a second too sluggish.
Good job, you get a holographic Charizard.

Listening to this on my headphones, I am really digging it. The vocals seem a little low in the mix compared to the rhythm section, but that can always be tweaked if you'd like, right? Other than that, great sound. This is coming from someone who listens to video games and gargling mouthwash singing, but still. Great sound.

Did you hear anything back? This is truly badass. haha. Dig this a lot, man.
