Serendipity's field trip at the beach

I drew this back in 2008 and for the most part it came out looking how I wanted though I'm aware that the heads a bit too big & the neck looks a bit to thick & her nose could have been drawn a bit lower. Though aside from though's minor details it rather like this drawing.

The premise for this picture is simple. Serendiptiy's school is on a field trip at the beach though serendipity isn't too over joyed. The reason being was that she was being bullied yet again & through not fault of her own it escalated out of control. A fight broke out between
the one who was bullying serendipity as well as a couple of idiots who decided to join in on the bullying. Needly to say being the tallest child in your school has it's advantages & she fought them beat the crap out of them.

Though when she got home as usual her mother started to beat Serendipity (even though the school called saying that it wasn't her fault that the fighting broke out & that the other bullies will be suspended for 8 an a half weeks.) After a two hour & forty six minute beating the red head girl was sent to her room. A week later the school deiced to go on a filed trip to the beach to let some of the better behaved students have some time to blow off some energy.

So here's where Serendipity comes in. She's standing near the ocean in a blue one piece bathing suit with her legs & arms covered with bandages. While she's sort of glad to be at the beach & get a bit of a break from everything she's hoping that she won't get noticed too much. Since being most developed girl in your school at the age of 11-years-old would make most young girls self conscience. As well as trying to avoid getting a sun burn even though she did put on sun screen to help block the UV rays.

Well,here's hoping you like the drawing. I colored it mainly with colored pencils but threw in a threw in a markers as well.
