I'm not so sure I see anything wrong with the chest, but something about the eyes is bugging me. Maybe it's just because the only angles I've worked with are this side or that side, but it looks like they're going off in different directions. I feel like the left eye is going in a strange direction, and that it's too small for the iris/pupil. Like I said, I'm no genius, especially when it comes to eyes.
I'm just saying what I see, yeah? It's a glorious picture otherwise, and the textures and colors are all very beautiful. I envy your ability to make backgrounds.
I think you should move the eye on her right side closer to her nose, and make the lower left breast a little bit bigger and fix the shape of the breast on the right(looks a little funny) oh and also it looks like she has no neck, I think you should have a little of her neck coming jus from the bottom of her cheek like where her bottom lip starts.
