Rarely do I see super awesome BGs like this.
I'm digging this, hands down.
Fab job on the buildings, that's hard to pull off.
And the rain reflections on the street.
And the haziness, win my brother~

Right, starting with the -one- problem I can see with this..
This is the first thing I noticed... I think there should be less light in this picture.
This looks like a 16:00 in the rain sort of time to me, I think it would really emphasise things if it where more 18:00 to 20:00.
That aside, the emotion in this still hits very hard.
The really bring home what's going on here, and the colours are perfectly placed... If as previously mentioned a bit light.
This really is a wonderful picture. I really like it.
And I've just noticed your signature is actually graffiti on the wall. That actually makes it all the better.
Aww! This reminds me of when Learah gave Toboe sausages on Wolf's Rain. I loved that scene.
The background looks great and I love the shading and the concept :3 The only thing that bothers me, if you're open to critique, is the dog's bent leg. Dogs' legs bend in the opposite direction at the area of the leg that its bending in the picture. But its still a very nice, well-done picture ^^
no, not all angels need wings. when you're a weightless spirit, you can fly anyway.

one thing. what's that patch on the back of his hand? it seems out of place.
