This is part of Del's backstoy.
Basically, she's been ARHT (A Rose Has Thorns) since she was thirteen, with a 'coming out' concert planned once she'd finished her schooling. Thing is, Del's gotten used to and even LIKES her anonymity. So, she cooked up Rose, who would be the face of ARHT.
Yeah, skin tone changed mid picture. My original color (E50) kicked the bucket at last, so I just bumped it up to E51. Close enough, but I'm very D| about losing that color.
