out a bit and his eyes have always
been a bit small. Other than that,
it's pretty damn nice. Good job.
The face shape and hair are all perfect, but his eyes just stand out as not right. I think they're too "saggy" and need to be more tightened/intense, but considering this was a speed painting, I doubt that matters.

It's pretty good, but try to stay away from plain white backgrounds. I find they take away from portraits. Try toning it down with a dark color.
