If you want the mask to stick out then color it bright while the hair and eyes are dark.
If you want the eyes to stick out them color them brightly while the mask and hair are darker.
I think black or brown hair with a blue-green-purple mask with a darker shade of blue/green. :]

beautiful, i cant wait to see that color. I believe it should green mask (because green is my favorite color, lol) blonds hair and blue eyes ( blue eyes because that will look beautiful with blond hair)
