As for his hands, maybe you should make them more... smooth? The creases between the joints aren't that drastic usually, and breaking them up that much is a little visually distracting, I think. So maybe cut down on the lines in the fingers and smooth out the outline of them. That angle is a little awkward to draw (rrrgh I hate perspective! Not easy!), but you could stand to make the fingers a bit more thin at the ends, maybe?
Sounds like a lot but really it's just a few small tweaks. xD
This looks quite nice so far though, I like it.
