I turn again, to find no one,
False care, hopes crashed.
I fall again,
No one there,
no one notices.
I fall again.

I know how that feels, to fall and to feel alone time and time again. But don't give up, we can rise above our challenges and move forward, so long as we have the will.
Like the old saying goes
"Where there's a will, there's a way"
