The face is very pointing, the shading is very sloppy, the mouth is disproportionate and clunky, the eyes are uneven and the outlining is quite choppy. I'm guessing you're doing this in paint or on tegakiE, so that's very understandable.
The colors go nicely together, though, and at least the species is made up and not copied from what I know.
The tail gets very thick towards the middle and then thins out for some strange reason. I don't know if that's part of the design but it doesn't work very well. The stitches on the tail look very messy, to be honest.
