http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6u5D-5LWSg if you do not listen to this song you are seriously missing out on a beautiful instrumental. I teared up.

when I sketched this, I had a design for a shirt in mind. I still would wear it, but would anyone else? please comment. if even one person wants one then I'll find a site to let me make it.

this picture... it is basically how I try to show spirituality through art. I used alchemical animals because, not only do they represent a lot of spiritual things, but the symbolism has been around for so long. it's amazing.

here is some copypasta from whats-your-sign.com about the animals:

Fox (RayJ, who just looks like one XD): The fox encourages us to think outside of the box and use our intelligence in different, creative ways. The fox also brings us a message to try to approach our circumstances differently that we normally would. Be aware of some of our habits, and try a different angle of action.
Phoenix: The phoenix is a highly used emblem in alchemy, representing the purifying and transforming fire, the chemical element sulfur and the color red. Embroidered, the phoenix reminds us of our ability to regenerate from within, and our power in transformation.
Peacock: Obviously, a possessor of some of the most admired human characteristics, the peacock is a symbol of integrity and the beauty that can be achieved when we endeavor to better ourselves.
Snake (ouroboros): Most importantly, this powerful animal alchemy symbol stands for the maxim "one is all" which is ultimately the hugest of philosophies to grasp. The Uroboros sets the souls intention on fathoming the "one is all" concept, and provides a focus to aid in rebirth, and acceptance of the endless cycles of life. (this is my favorite, it has been found almost everywhere from a very, very long time ago and has the most meaning to me)

the clouds and sun are basically like enlightenment. the philosopher's stone symbolizes turning base metals into gold, or you can look at that in a spiritual way and say that the stone shows how the being reaches enlightenment, or perfecting oneself.

please understand that I like a lot of the things in fma just because they exist in real life. I honest to God want to learn more about alchemy, physical and mental.

this is good if you were to clean it up and nto make it look so rough it would look MUCH better and i would wear the cleaned up version of it :3

and actually its really expensive to get a shirt made i'm making mine (go to my page and look at the "baby eater" artwork" right behind "pain ID") and it will cost me about $60-$80 i think for five shirts just to be made like that and about a week to make @_@ it gets expensive but the more you order the cheaper it gets per shirt along the way.

like for example 1 regular shirt is about $50 with a silkscreen and about 5 if $60-90 so then 1 shirt would be $50 but then for 5 it would be $12-18 per shirt and by the time you reach like 75 shirts each shirt would be less than a dollar pretty much : P
