It's really neat, and I can mention how hard it is to sprite humans well in paint anyway. But it kind of looks robotic?
I agree with mIGha about it looking sort of robotic. I guess its just the pose you used since it isn't used as much. It also seems you just gave up on the shoes for shading. Very nice job. Really like how you did the pants.
